Seed torrents and harvest/produce BP then exchange them with upload credit.
Get a real IP line/use a seedbox for the best torrenting experience.
Least you can do is download only freeleech torrents. Though the numbers of freeleech torrents aren't that much but that's the only way to be safe for you.
Some private trackers offer muting warnings via donation. Ask site owners or the moderators via the help desk for more info.

For now, the only way is to seed more and upload your own torrent which requires some knowledge and a lil bit of experience.
