i always keep files in seeding but not uploading

Usually, you won't get many uploads from shared IPs. You can seed more torrents and harvest BP, then exchange them with the upload.
If you want to upload, Then Upload your own torrents. If any Real IP user downloads your torrents, You'll get upload credits.
Or you can get a Real IP, If possible... Or a seedbox if you wanna do extreme torrenting.
