Been using a mod apk for 2 years now - on my main account too, not a single issue.
If you are really worried just make a burner account.

Bro why need mod version?? Spotify is available in bangladesh and the price is affordable.
And no you will not get banned by using modded version i used it too when it wasn’t available in bangladesh.
